Vincent Lee Anthony Noah

Vincent Lee Anthony Noah (24) of Ashtabula passed on Oct. 25, 2023 after an accident.

Born May 9, 1999 in Ashtabula he is the son of Claude Dwayne Noah and Margaret Devore.

Vincent attended Geneva High School, and was working at Sibert Pro Construction and Roofing. He enjoyed gaming, fishing, and four wheeling.

Survivors include his children Parker Noah, Kason Noah,Alayric Noah parents Dwayne Noah ( Laurie Higgins ) and Maggie Devore, 11 brothers and sisters, and grandparents Debra and Claude Albert Noah.

Visitation will be on Saturday Oct. 28, 2023 at Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. Ashtabula from 2 to 4 P.M.
