Shirley F. Orlando

 Our precious mother joined her heavenly family on May 21, 2021. She was surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren.

 Shirley was born on February 28, 1936 to John and Alvera (Corrado) Pauchel who
 preceded her in death in 1991. Shirley always wanted to be a mother and grandmother. She was mother to Jeffrey (Mary) Orlando of Phoenix, Bradley (Sandy) Orlando of Ashtabula, Robert Orlando of Jefferson and Gia (Andrew) Burnett of Houston. Her very loving grandchildren included Brandy Orlando of Pittsburgh, Jennifer Orlando of Phoenix, Cali Orlando of Ashtabula, Jason Burnett of Houston and great granddaughter Ellie Jo Sanford of Ashtabula. Her loving son Jaime Orlando preceded her in death at the young age of 4 1/2 in 1959. Jaime always remained very dear to her heart.

 She was preceded in death by her brother Ralph (Candida) Paulchel as well as many close relatives and friends from East 6th Street and Columbus Avenue.

 She was also preceded in death by her loving husband and childhood sweetheart, Robert (Bob) Orlando, whom she met in school at age six. They were married March 2, 1954 and celebrated 63 wonderful years of marriage. She wishes many blessings always for her family and friends.

 At Shirley’s request a private ceremony will be held to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
