Phillip Joseph Carlo (90) of Geneva passed on July 13, 2021.

Born June 25, 1931 in Ashtabula he was the son of Joseph and Hattie (Hybert) Carlo. Funeral service will be on Friday July 16 at 11:00 A.M. in Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. Ashtabula with Father Raymond Thomas of Our Lady of Peace Parish officiating. Burial will follow in Dorset Cemetery.
