Michael David Seaman

Michael (Mitch) D. Seaman age 93 died August 18, 2020

Mitch was born December 30, 1927 in Ashtabula the son of Michael and Katherine (Kiss) Seaman.   He attended Ashtabula High School.  Mitch joined the Army and served in the Korean War.  After returning from his military service Mitch worked on the Railroad and Ashtabula Buffalo Dock until his retirement in 1982.  An avid car and boat enthusiast over the years built a base of friends that lasted the test of time.   Traveling to many car shows around the country in his motorhome with his companion Barbara was a favorite activity.

Mitch was proceeded in death by his parents, sister Jane (Sylvester) Enos, brothers Joseph and Richard.  Mitch is survived by his sister Katherine Bordeaux, sister-in-law Connie (Richard) and many nieces and nephews. 

The family would like to thank Saybrook Landing and Western Reserve Hospice for the excellent care and compassion given over his stay.  Memorial contributions can be made to Western Reserve Hospice or the Animal Protective League.
