Marilyn Rae (Wrightnour) Anderson

Marilyn Rae Anderson passed away July 18, 2022 at the ACMC after a fall at her daughter’s home that fractured her hip.

Born Nov. 1, 1928 in Dorset, Ohio the daughter of Harold and Muriel (Malott) Wrightnour. She graduated from Andover High School class of 1946. Marilyn married Carl E. Anderson on April 13, 1947 and they had 59 years together prior to his death in 2006. She retired from Buckeye School System where she worked as a payroll clerk.

Survivors include her children Leslie (JoAnn) Anderson, Brian (Linda) Anderson, Carlyn McClure, and Lauren (John) Hall, sisters Helen Placko and Norma Peterson, many grandchildren and great grandchildren who were her pride and joy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Carl, sisters Toni Wolfe, Eleanor Cole, granddaughter Katie Nelson, nephew Russell Phelps, niece Karen Mason and son-in-law Patrick McClure.

Funeral service will be on Saturday July 23 at Noon in Guerriero Funeral Home with burial to follow in Edgewood Cemetery. Visitation will also be Saturday from, 10:30 till 12.
