Marcella J. (Gillispie) Cox

Marcella J. Cox (97) of Ashtabula passed on March 28, at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home.

Born July 7, 1937 in Olcott , West Virginia she was the daughter of Henry and Mary (James) Gillispie.

Marcella loved animals , she was a big Elvis Fan , and enjoyed watching Bay Watch and country Shows.

She is survived by her nieces Barbara Jean McLemore-Harless , Deanna (Paul) McLemore-Woissol , and nephew Robert Gillispie.

She was preceded in death by her parents , Husband Delbert Cox in 1982 , son Del Wayne Cox sister Iris Miller , and brothers Reginold , Robert , and Charles Gillispie.

Funeral service will be on Tuesday April 1, in Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. in Ashtabula at Noon. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memory Gardens. Visitation will be on Tuesday morning from 10:30 to 12.  Condolences can be made at guerrierofuneralhome.com
