Lois Powell Obituary

Lois E. Powell (90) of Ashtabula passed on March. 3, 2024 at the Jefferson Healthcare Center.

Born Feb.10, 1934 in Conneaut she was the daughter of Harley and Dorothy (Crandall) Tisdale.

Lois graduated from Ashtabula High School, and retired from Premix after many years of service.

Survivors include her children Wayne (April) Guest, Terry Guest, Gail (Jeff) Kent, Ellen (Dave) Klingensmith, her sister Susan Knighton of Edgewater Fla. She is also survived by grandchildren Jonathan Guest, Isaac Guest, Cherith Guest, Christopher Guest, Jason Matthews, Shylo Matthews, Cherie Matthews, Nikki Guest, Jared Guest, Austin Klingensmith and several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Betty Zanzig and Joy Brindley and Judy Hakundy, brother James Tisdale, grandchildren Katherine Guest and Jared Guest, niece Cathy Tisdale, and nephew John Zanzig.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Ashtabula Animal Protective League, 5970 Green Rd, Ashtabula in her memory.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.
