Born Nov. 6, 1951 in Morgantown, West Virginia she is the daughter of Clyde W. and Catharine (Bennett) Maxwell. Judith L. Catron (74) of Ashtabula passed on June 10, 2025 after a long illness.
Judy was married on March 8, 1969 in Geneva Ohio to Burgess Catron together they celebrated 56 years of marriage. She was a graduate of Kent State University with an associate’s degree and retired from Community Action and Happy Hearts School.
She enjoyed fishing, camping, flowers, Humming birds, and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband Burgess Catron of Ashtabula, son Daniel (Joanne) Catron of West Springfield Pa., Sister Janet Orr, grandchildren Haylee Catron, Corey Catron, great grandchildren Cadence, Nova, and Jameson Moore.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Sue Maxwell, and brothers Jeffery, Doug and Billy Maxwell.
Funeral service will be held on Friday June 13, at noon in Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Geneva. Visitation will be on Friday morning from 10 till 12
