Gary Canzonetta

Gary A. Canzonetta (68) of Ashtabula died on Wednesday evening at the Cleveland Clinic.Born May 13, 1950 he was the son of Anthony and Nancy (Melaragno) Canzonetta.

Gary graduated from Harbor High School Class of 1968, Ohio Northern University with a RPH degree, Lake Erie College with an MBA. He was a pharmacist at several locations including REVCO, co-owner of Middlefield Drug-Ben Franklin, Gem Care nursing homes, and Ashtabula Giant Eagle.

Mr. Canzonetta enjoyed athletics as a participant, spectator, and supporter, he was a member of the Ashtabula Elks, Ancient Mariners, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, and Alpha Sigma Fi.

He is survived by his sister Laraine D. Canzonetta. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral mass will be on Monday at 10:00 in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Visitation will be Sunday from 4 to 7 and on Monday from 9 to 9:30 at Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. in Ashtabula. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
