Donald J. Rossetti

Donald J. Rossetti (78) of Ashtabula passed on Dec. 4, 2020 at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland.

Born Feb. 14, 1942 in Ashtabula he was the son of John and Florence (Lignetta) Rossetti. Don graduated from St. John High School class of 1960 and was a veteran of the United States Army.

He was an Ashtabula city police officer from 1966 to 1974 and he retired as the Balliff for the Ashtabula Municipal Court after 30 years of service in 2013.

Survivors included his wife Patricia (Tobias) Rossetti , sons Vince , Don and Christopher Rossetti , daughters Christina Rossetti and Stacie Volker , eight grandchildren , brother Victor Rossetti and his beloved dog Beezer. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Victoria Engelmann.

Memorial Service will be on Tuesday  Dec. 8 at 6 P.M. at Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th. St. in Ashtabula ,  with Deacon Richard Johnson from Our Lady of Peace Parish officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 at the funeral home. condolences can be made at guerrierofuneralhome.com
