Dannie T. Sawyers

Dannie T. Sawyers Jr., 61, of Kingsville, Ohio, passed away on April 11th, 2023 due to kidney failure.

  Dannie was born on November 8th, 1961 to Shirley Sawyers in Ashtabula, Ohio. He received his GED in 1988 while also learning to become a chef. Dan met his lifetime love, Lorrie Tilley-Sawyers, in 1977 who he married in September of 1989.

   His wife, son and granddaughter were his world. There was nothing he loved more than having them all together with him. He was also a big lover of music and was a drummer in a band for many years and also played drums at The Pentecostal Church of God.

   Dannie was predeceased by his mother Shirley Sawyers, sister Connie Sawyers, brother Robert Sawyers, brother John Sawyers and brother Jerry Sawyers.

   He is survived by his wife Lorrie Sawyers, son Thad Sawyers, granddaughter Maddy Sawyers and many nieces and nephews.

   Memorial services will be held at Pentecostal Church of God, 2201 Cook Road, Ashtabula, Ohio on Friday, April 21st 2023. Times will be 5 p.m. for immediate family and 6 p.m. for all else.
