Cheryl Jean (Mercilliott) Reddig

Cheryl Jean Reddig (79) of Ashtabula passed peacefully on July 6, 2025 with her son by her side.

Born April 18, 1946 in Ashtabula she was the daughter of Floyd and Rose (Ensmen) Mercilliott.

She was a graduate of Harbor High School class of 1964. She was the owner of CJ’s Oar House , She was also the Secretery for Maxwell Wetmore Tool before her retirement.

She enjoyed cross word puzzles , collected angels , setting up her Christmas Village , and collecting Coca Cola products.

Survivors include her son Mike Mercilliott , brother James (Lori) Mercilliott , Mark ( Teresa) Drozdo , several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents , daughter Stacey Mercilliott , and former husband Dick Reddig.

Funeral service will be held on Friday July 11, 2025 in Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. in Ashtabula with Father Francis Muriithi officiating at 7 P.M. Visitation will also be on Friday from 5 till 7 . Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Condolences can be made at guerrierofuneralhome.com
