Charlotte J. (Stuart) Mealle

Charlotte J. Mealle (79) of Ashtabula died on Oct. 4, 2018 at the Country Club Retirement Center.

Born July 2, 1939 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio she was the daughter of James and Lois (Daugneaux) Stuart.

In May of 1967 in Youngstown, Ohio she married Richard Mealle. She was a very talented opera singer. Charlotte retired from Carlise’s Warehouse, she was also a long time bank teller. She enjoyed dancing, music, and sun bathing and going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her children Sabrina Sanford , Joe Ray (Brenda) Carder , Richard ( Cheryl) Mealle Jr. , Nicole Mealle , grandchildren Samantha Carder , Kyle Carder , Grace Carder , Dwight Thomson , Sean Allgood Jr. , Drayton Allgood , and great grandchildren Jahvon and Corriona .

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Richard Mealle, and a brother James Stuart.

Funeral service will be on Tuesday Oct. 9th  at 11:00 A.M. in Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. in Ashtabula with burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday Oct. 8th  from 5 to 7 P.M. at the funeral home. Condolences can be made at guerrierofuneralhome.com
