Carol Jean (Izzi) Fowler

Carol Jean (Izzi) Fowler, 77, passed away peacefully on March 19th, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on April 28th, 1947, to Palmina (Romano) Izzi and Anthony Izzi in Ashtabula, Ohio. Carol was a beloved mother, sister, cousin and friend whose kindness, warmth, and strength touched the lives of all who knew her.

Carol grew up in the Ashtabula, Ohio area and was a graduate of Harbor High School in 1965. She was employed by A.R. Decato for many years prior to moving to Las Vegas, Nevada.

She is survived by her daughter, Gia M. Fowler, who will continue to honor her memory through the values she instilled in her. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Palmina and Anthony Izzi, sisters Geraldine Izzi and Annette (Izzi) Catano and members of the Romano family.

Calling hours to celebrate Carol's life will be held on March 23rd, 2024 at 9:00 am at Mt. Carmel Church followed by mass at 10:00 am. Her burial service will be held at St. Joesph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, her daughter requests that donations be made to The Alzheimer’s Association in memory of Carol.
