Sarah E. Harper (38) of Ashtabula died on Monday morning at home.

Born Nov. 4, 1978 in Ashtabula she is the daughter of Barry Lee Harper Sr. and Cynthia Stitt Candela.

Sarah graduated from Harbor High School Class of 1997 and the Cleveland Institute of Dental. She was previously employed by the American Legion Post 103, she loved her children and also enjoyed gardening, camping, and the Dave Matthews Band.

Survivors include her sons Linken Bennett, Syler Bryan, mother Cindy (James L.) Candela, father Barry (Martha) Harper, brothers BJ. Harper, Jeff Candela, Corey Thomas, sister Julie Candela-Young, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Celebration of Life will be at the American Legion Post 103 in Ashtabula on Sunday at Noon till 5P.M.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family.
