Sandy Darlene (Graley) Pickens, 60, from Ashtabula, Ohio formerly from Emmons, WV passed away Friday March 3, 2017 at Jefferson Healthcare Center in Jefferson, Ohio after a short illness.

Sandy was born August 6 1956 in Charleston,  WV. She was a caring and soft hearted person,  even though very stubborn at times. She lived a quiet and simple life surrounded by her children and grandchildren.  Her favorite things to do were spending time with family, her co-workers and shopping for her grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were parents Leonard and Gladys (Carson) Graley, brothers Kerry, twins Perry and Terry, and sister Diania.

Surviving Sandy are children Stevie of Charleston,  WV, Bradley of Geneva,  Ohio, Michelle (Roman) Torres of Painesville, Ohio,  and Angela of Ashtabula,Ohio, and a host of grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers Dennis (Patty) Graley of Mentor on the lake Ohio, Douglas (Jennifer) Graley of South Charleston, WV,  and Tracy Graley of Painesville, Ohio, and a host of cousins, nephews, great- nieces, great- nephews and friends.

To her wishes she was cremated and a memorial to her life will be at Emmons Church of God on Saturday March 11 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM with the Reverand Michael Graley officiating. A family gathering will be at Barker Cemetary at Ashford,  WV following the service.
