Rosemarie Tulino Luoma (74) of Ashtabula died on Tuesday morning  at the Ashtabula County Medical Center.     Born September 22, 1942 in Ashtabula she was the daughter of Anthony and Rose (Incorvia) Tulino

Rose graduated from St. John High School class of 1961 , she enjoyed cooking and collecting cook books, Her love was her children and grandchildren.     Survivors include her daughter Michele (William) Downs , sons David Luoma , Neil (Annette Hayden) , Christopher Luoma , grandchildren Billy and Kyle Downs , Neil , Andrew, Nicole ,and Megan Luoma , several great grandchildren ,brother Richard (Beth) Tulino , sisters Patricia Karbacka , MaryAnn Alleman , sister in law Sandy Tulino , several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents , brother Anthony Tulino Jr. , niece Kelly Alleman.     Funeral service will be held on Friday September 22 , at 11:00 A.M. in Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. with Deacon Richard Johnson officiating, burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
