Robert Alex Johnson:

It is with a very heavy heart to announce the passing of Robert "Robbie" Johnson. Robbie passed away April 24, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving wife, Debbie, his parents, many family members and friends after a long hard fought courageous battle with cancer.

Robbie was born September 13, 1963 in Ashtabula the son of Estill "Chick" and Theresa (Cinciarelli) Johnson. Rob was a graduate of Harbor High School class of 1981. He was united in marriage on Aug. 21, 1993 to Deborah Osowski; whom he first met in high school. Rob and Debbie spent 27 and a half years very happily married and were partners in everything they did. He was a devoted husband and was loved so dearly by Debbie. The memories they have made together will be forever cherished.

Rob was an employee of Saybrook Giant Eagle and worked in the meat department before he had to suddenly retire due to his illness.  In his early years Rob played recreational softball for Chick's Bar, was a league bowler in which he had a perfect game he was very proud of. He also like to golf and was in a golf league. Rob was a member of the East Ashtabula Club and the Elks Lodge.

Besides his parents, Rob is survived by his soulmate and partner Debbie, siblings John (Paula) Johnson, Renee Muddle, Cyndi Keifer, David (Chris) Johnson, many nieces and nephews, and his mother in law Darlene Osowski. Rob loved them all dearly and if they needed anything he was there for them.  He had many aunts and uncles that were also a big part of his life. Rob will be deeply missed by all including his many friends.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday April 28 at 11:00 A.M. in Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. with burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday evening from 5 to 8 at the funeral home. In Lieu of Flowers memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve or Samaritan House 4125 Station Ave. Ashtabula Ohio. Condolences can be made at guerrierofuneralhome.com
