Patricia Ann "Patti" Candela , age 78 , passed away on Nov. 14, 2020 at the Portage County Medical Center.

She was born march 16, 1942 in Ashtabula the daughter of Steve and Anna (DeGennaro) Candela. She is survived by her brother Steve "Buddy" (Frances) Candela of Ashtabula and several nieces and nephews.

Patti was preceded in death by her parents and brothers John, Ralph, Louis, Frances and Anthony , sisters Stephanie "Fannie" ( Ray DePiero), Florine (Charles) Eggeton , and Rose Marie Candela.

Patti enjoyed having coffee each morning at the Harpersfield Covered Bridge with longtime friend and neighbor Sally Smith and her dog Maggie Rose.

She loved her family ,her nieces and nephews, her 30 years as a teacher, and working on the fruit farm. She often said , " I have a good life".

At Patti's request no calling hours will be observed. At a future date the family will have private burial.
