Lucy L. Belmonte (91) passed on Dec. 16, 2020 at the Jefferson Care Center.

Born July 8, 1929 in Ashtabula she was the daughter of James and Florence (Lane) Cusano Sr.

Mrs. Belmonte was employed with Yoder Brother's Greenhouse, and retired from Arcaro's Saddlery . She was a member of St. Andrews Church . Lucy enjoyed baking , flowers , and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her son Anthony (Pam) Belmonte Jr. , daughter Lucy  (David) Bowers , grandchildren Tina Garcia , Kerry Bowers , Mike Belmonte, 8 great grandchildren , brothers James , Richard , William , Roy and Charles Cusano , sisters Beverly Stokes , and JoAnn Rager .

She was preceded in death by her parents , husband  Anthony Belmonte Sr. , brothers John , Lawrence , and Joseph Cusano , sisters Louise Wilson and Mary Svendson.

Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday Dec. 19 at 11: 30 A.M. in St. Andrews Church with burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery Ashtabula. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:30 to 11 at Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. Ashtabula. Condolences made at guerrierofuneralhome.com
