Kenneth "Kenny" Smith Jr, 60, passed away on February 27, 2022 in Jefferson, Ohio after his strong willed fight against cancer.

Kenny was born on August 26, 1961 and was raised in the Ashtabula Harbor by his loving parents Kenneth Smith Sr and Carol Smith. He attended Harbor High School as a graduate of the class of 1979.

Kenny was a dedicated employee of Presrite Corporation in Jefferson, Ohio for 34 years.

His biggest joys were spending time with his four grandbabies and hearing stories about his fifth grandchild on the way. His "grand babies" (as Kenny loved to call them) always would bring the brightest smiles to his face. Kenny cherished time spent with his growing family. He enjoyed being a social patron, with a caring heart, that always tried to help his associates in need. His hobbies included racing his Camero, supporting his two oldest grand daughter's in their sporting events, riding his Harley on nice, sunny days and finding tranquility sitting and taking in the views of beautiful Lake Erie.

Kenny is survived by his loving daughter's Brittany (Aaron) Rogers and Stephanie (Kyle) Vance:

his beloved grand children Kennidie Rogers, Grayden Rogers, Kevrynn Rogers, Natalie Vance: his parents Kenneth Smith Sr and Carol Smith: his brother Thomas (Kelly) Smith: his nieces Calynn (Tyler) Starcher and Kirstyn Smith. His nephew Ryan Smith and many other caring family members.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday March 3 at 12:30 in Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. with pastor D. Norman Hunter Chaplin of Hillcrest Hospital and St. Paul's Missionary Baptist Church officiating. Visitation will be Thursday morning from 11:00 till 12:30 at the funeral home.
