Born May 7, 1939 in Ashtabula she was the daughter of Ricardo and Margaret (Church) Pugliese.

Survivors include her son and daughter in law Anthony and Dianna Romano Jr. , grandchildren Anthony  (Amanda Sue) Romano  III, Nicole (Brandon) Gardull , Melanie (Taylor) Craig , great grandchildren Enzo Romano , Dominic Gardull  , Marco Gardull , brothers August (Judy) Pugliese , and Frank (June) Pugliese.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Anthony Romano Sr.
