Mary C. (Mary Labry) Gabriel

Mary C. Gabriel (93) of Cincinnati and formerly of Ashtabula died on June 11, 2019 with family by her side.

Born Nov. 1, 1925 in Cleveland Ohio she was the daughter of Gabriel and Dora (Landolfi) Labry.

On Feb. 7, 1948 she married Roland Gabriel, Mrs. Gabriel was retired from Ashtabula Rubber Co. as a quality technician with over 30 years of service. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish in Ashtabula and its Altar and Rosary Society, Catholic Daughters of America, Sons of Italy of America Anita Garibaldi Lodge, and the Elks. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, Bocce and being with her family.

Survivors include her sons Anthony (Stephanie) Gabriel , Roland (Linda) Gabriel , grandchildren Amy Gabriel , Marc (Kimberly) Gabriel ,Roland (Marcy) Gabriel Jr. , Dora (Paul) Daniels, Laine Chapman , Hannah Daniels , Sophia Chapman , Mason Gabriel , Roland Gabriel III, Jr Daniels , Colin Gabriel , Carter Gabreil , Jacob Gabriel, and Avery Gabriel ,  and a brother William (Lucille) Labry.

She was preceded in death by her husband Roland Gabriel , her parents , sisters Bernice Labry , Delores Spano , Stephanie Detore , Gloria Labry , Caroline Hassett , brothers Carl ,Gabriel Jr. , and  Tom Labry.

Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday June 18, at 10 A.M. in Our Lady of Peace Parish , Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church with entombment to follow in Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Visitation will be on be on Monday from 5 to 7 P.M. in Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. in Ashtabula.
