Lee Rose Obituary

Born July 14, 1937 in Orlando West Virginia to Vayden and Ruth Blake. , After her mother's death she moved to Buckhannon West Virginia to live with her grandparents , Opha and Minnie Tenney. She graduated from Buckhannon High School in 1955. Shortly after her graduation she moved to Ashtabula , where she met and married the love of her life Michael W. Rose Jr. on July 2, 1960. Lee was a stay at home mom and together they raised 4 children Michael Rose III , Heidi Rose , David Rose, and Lori Benjamin. Through the years she watched her children grow and become adults. Mike III married and gave her 4 grandchildren,Amber Rose, Amanda Rose and her son Brody ,Leanne Frampton, and her husband Brandon, Micala Rose and her significant other Mike Socko , Mike later married Cailin and gave her 2 more grandchildren Mike IV and Ryann Rose. Heidi who gave her many grand dogs. David married Pamela and they have Lilly the grand dog. Lori married Marvin Benjamin and they gave her 2 grandchildren Brandon and his significant other Abby Smith and Morgan Rose who passed away in 2007. 

    Mike retired from Rockwell in 1987 which allowed them to begin wintering in Sebring Fla. They spent winters in Fla. until 2018. They had a happy long life together. She will be missed by all of her friends and family but Mike will miss her the most. I Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital
