Arlene Severino Obituary

Arlene Severino , age 74, of Ashtabula, Ohio peacefully joined her beloved husband Jerry Severino on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, surrounded by her family at Ashtabula County Medical Center.

Arlene was born on December 17, 1943 in Ashtabula, Ohio, the daughter of Melvin and Rose Johnson.  She graduated from St. John High School in 1961 .  On March 11, 1967, Arlene and Jerry married.  She resided in California, alongside Jerry and their children prior to their return to Ashtabula  in 2007.  Arlene was an active member of her church and a continued supporter of Academics, Athletics, and Drama Club at St. John School.

Arlene was a Godmother to many, as well as a surrogate mother and grandmother to many people across the country, and loved each of them as if they were her own; but nothing compared to the love she had for her own children and grandchildren.

Arlene is survived by her children, Jerry Severino, Jenean Kile, and Jennifer Severino all from Ashtabula; grandchildren, Zachary White (California), Joshua Muscio (California), Tristan Kile, Jenica Muscio (Zack Lehman), Christopher Kile, Corrina Severino, and Hannah Kile; siblings, sister, Melvina (late Melvin Beebe); and Brothers, Richard (Joyce) Johnson, William (Connie) Johnson. As well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by  her parents; husband, Jerry Severino; and son-in-law Richard Kile.

Calling Hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, December 14th with a service to follow at GUERRIRO FUNERAL HOME, 1550 West 19th St., Ashtabula. Condolences at guerrierofuneralhome.com
