Kenneth William Trent

Ken Trent, 65, of Ashtabula, Ohio, passed away suddenly on Monday, April 15, 2024. Ken was born on November 1, 1958 in Ashtabula, Ohio to William (Bill) and Arlene (Huffman) Trent. He lived almost all of his life in the Ashtabula area with exception of a couple of years in Florida. Ken worked for construction companies as a laborer for a number of years. He loved to hunt and fish and was highly skilled at cleaning them. At family picnics he was almost always the grill master who cooked the perch and walleyes to perfection.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, wife Connie (Noble) Trent, sister Joyce and brother-in-law Bill Pohto and sister Mary Lou Trent. Ken is survived by his two sons Kenny (Booper) Trent and Billy Preston Trent, grand daughter Nova, and two grandsons (Ryder and Preston). Also brother Richard and sister-in-law Lori (Quinn) Trent and brother Donald and sister-in-law Sharon (Weyant) Trent and several nephews and nieces, several great nephews and great nieces and several great-great nephews and great-great nieces.

Funeral service will be on Thursday at 7 PM. In Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. with Pastor Kenneth Roberts officiating. Private burial will take place at Edgewood Cemetery, Visitation will be on Thursday evening from 5 to 7 at the funeral home. Condolences can be made at guerrierofuneralhome.com
